Terribly British Day 2016 vehicle display will feature around 25 iconic Jaguar XK120, XK140 and XK150 sports cars.
Many of these late 1940’s to early 1960’s vehicles will be travelling from interstate to form the spotlight display.
They will join more than 350 other British marques on the day with every make from Austin to Zephyr represented.
Terribly British Day chairman, Paul Sutton, said the TBD celebrates its 41st year this year, making it one of the oldest car displays in Canberra.
‘It attracts British cars from Sydney, Melbourne, the South Coast, Goulburn, Yass, Cooma, Cootamundra, Young, the Southern Highlands and Forbes,’ Mr Sutton said.
‘Tuggeranong Men’s Shed will be the beneficiary of the fund raising at the gate, ‘he said.
The XK Jaguars celebrate their 68th year of introduction with nearly all the 13 models on display – including Open, Drop-head and Fixed-head Coupes.
